In addition to the varicose veins in the left thigh and calf, she had skin discoloration on the right lower leg from longstanding venous pressure. Ultrasound demonstrated severe venous reflux disease in both legs. She had endovenous radiofrequency ablation and microphlebectomy on the left, and radiofrequency ablation and ultrasound guided injection on the right.
