Appointments / Cancellations

With the exception of serious emergencies, it is expected that you will keep all of your appointments. If you need to reschedule an appointment we request 24 hours notice. If you need to reschedule, please call our office and arrange for a make-up appointment with one of our patient care coordinators.

Our office provides on-call service for emergencies. Call 682-499-5672 so that the physician on call can be contacted.

Payment

The Reeder Vein Institute accepts Medicare and all of the major health insurance plans.  Most health insurance plans cover the treatment of vein disease, with the exception of spider vein treatment, which is always considered by insurance providers to be cosmetic.  We charge for the treatment of spider veins according to the extent of the disease, and the volume of sclerotherapy solution required.  We accept cash and personal checks as well as debit and credit cards.
